Dear Friends of AntiquiTea,
We hope this spring finds you all well and that you had a blessed Easter.
We are inundated with calls and inquiries about the opening of our new building. We are as anxious as you are and are finally able to see the end coming. We had many plans in place to keep you updated but unfortunately our web site host has just vanished, so as of April we have had no contact with them. As a result the on line store was never implemented and the updates never posted. We are now working with a new site manager and are happy to be posting the latest news and will be doing so on a regular basis.
The professionals as well as Tony are working hard on the heating and air conditioning, electric, plumbing etc., and things are now starting to come together. As stated before we are pleased that it is going to be better than anticipated. We will be able to do your private parties during regular business hours. We already have people waiting to book the room for their Red Hat groups, birthdays, showers etc.
Patty and her cousin have been visiting different tearooms in other states and have realized how much attention we pay to the small details. We plan on continuing that course and have gathered some new ideas as well.
Patty has found some very interesting people to present some great events such as mystery teas, fashion shows and a few surprises. She is also working on expanding our menu and hours. Our fall and Christmas season will be bigger and better than ever! She is also working with the girls on having afternoon teas later in the day at least one day a week for those who work and can’t get there in the afternoons.
We also want to reiterate that all gift certificates purchased or won over the last year are still good. They may be used anytime after we open except for special events.
We truly appreciate your patience and your continued prayers for a speedy grand reopening.
Patty, Nicole and the Staff
